Return and Refund Policies

Returns: We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at flumeandlume@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where items arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at flumeandlume@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
